Official channels

This policy applies to Gineclub profiles and content on YouTube y TikTok, which are currently the official dissemination channels.

Responsable

Tutor Médica is responsible for the processing of the data carried out directly when managing these channels. Each platform also processes data in accordance with its own conditions and privacy policy.

Purpose

The purpose of the presence on social networks is to disseminate information on sexual and reproductive health, share content from Dr. Santiago Barambio, respond to general interactions and publicize the services and contact methods of Tutor Médica.

Interactions and messages

When following profiles, commenting, sharing or sending a message, your visible data may be processed to manage that interaction. Do not post clinical, intimate or especially sensitive information in public comments. For a personal consultation, use the private channels of contact and appointment.

Health content

The videos and responses on social networks are informative and do not replace a medical assessment. No individualised diagnoses or clinical indications are made through public comments.

Legitimation and conservation

The treatment is based on the interaction requested by the user, on their consent when applicable and on the legitimate interest of managing profiles and institutional communication. The data will be kept as long as it is necessary to manage the interaction or as long as it remains published on the platform.

Assignments and transfers

YouTube and TikTok may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with their own policies. Before using these platforms, review their privacy conditions and settings.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights regarding the treatments carried out directly by Tutor Médica by writing to info@tutormedica.com. For treatments carried out by YouTube or TikTok, you must also use the mechanisms provided by each platform.

Moderation

Tutor Médica may hide or delete comments that contain personal data, third-party clinical information, offensive messages, illegal content, advertising or information that may be harmful.
