First contact and appointment
When contacting the centre we will only ask you for the information necessary to guide you and arrange the visit. You can call us or use the contact form; Try to do it from a place where you can talk calmly.
You don't need to have all the answers before calling. Our team is here to listen to you, resolve your first doubts and explain the private care alternatives and, when applicable, the access routes through the public health system.
Medical assessment
During the visit, the pregnancy and gestation period are confirmed, relevant health history is reviewed, and what options are appropriate for you are assessed. Ultrasound and necessary tests are indicated on an individual basis.

Documentation and confidentiality
We will tell you which identity document you must provide and if any additional documentation is necessary depending on your situation and the access route. It is not necessary to have Spanish residence to receive information.
Health and clinical data are protected by professional confidentiality. If you are 16 or 17 years old, current regulations recognise the capacity to consent to a voluntary termination of pregnancy. If you are under 16 years of age, please contact us for specific guidance.
