Data we may collect

When you use the form or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we may process your identification and contact data, as well as the information you decide to provide about the reason for your query.

When you visit the website, the server may automatically record technical data necessary to provide and protect the service. Additionally, we use Matomo to obtain usage statistics in a privacy-friendly manner.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to respond to your request, provide information, make an appointment and manage the requested care. The legal basis will be your consent, the application of pre-contractual measures or the provision of health services, as appropriate.

Technical logs are processed to guarantee the operation and security of the website and prevent improper use. Statistical measurement allows us to know, in aggregate form, how the site is used and to improve its contents and operation. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of maintaining a secure, stable and effective service.

Web analytics with Matomo

We use our own Matomo installation hosted on our infrastructure. The measurement is carried out without cookies, without advertising and without creating commercial profiles. The full IP address is not recorded: three bytes are masked before being used for statistical purposes. Only the domain is preserved from the site of origin and not the full address.

Matomo records technical and navigational information, such as pages visited, date and time, device and browser type, and approximate duration of the visit. We do not use this information to identify you nor do we communicate it to advertising platforms. We also respect the browser's "Do Not Track" preference.

Health data

Avoid including unnecessary clinical information in the first message. Health data requires special protection and will be processed only when necessary to serve you and in accordance with health and data protection regulations.

Retention and recipients

We will retain the information for the time necessary to manage the query and comply with legal obligations. Matomo detailed browsing data is automatically deleted when it exceeds 90 days. Aggregate statistical reports can be kept for longer because they allow the general evolution of the website to be analysed without detailing individual visits. The technical security records will be kept for the period necessary for the indicated purposes.

SiteGround provides the hosting service and may process technical data as data processor. No data will be transferred to other third parties except under legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service with the corresponding guarantees.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability of your data, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to info@tutormedica.com. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
