Particularly sensitive information

The first contact form is not intended to collect a complete medical history. Provide only essential information. The health data that is necessary will be treated with the reinforced guarantees required by health and data protection regulations.

Retention and recipients

The data will be kept for the time necessary to process your request and subsequently for the legally required periods. They will not be communicated to third parties except legal obligation, healthcare need or participation of suppliers acting under contract and with due guarantees.

Electronic communications

We will not send commercial communications by email, messaging or other equivalent means without a valid legal basis. If you request to receive information in the future, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to info@tutormedica.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
